Wonbay's Gym Log -- I enjoy exercising, I enjoy exercising...
 
I have to keep telling myself that I enjoy exercising because I honestly do. It's the getting started part that is my killjoy. Once I get started, I'm really into it and once I'm done, I'm really glad I did it and like how I feel. Am I the only looney toon? How do you JUST DO IT without talking your way out of it?

12/30 Additional toning
I was bored last night so I went to the gym (imagine that). I did leg and arm toning. Felt really good afterwards. Called my sister on my way home and was busy talking and ended up in the wrong store. While I was there, I peeped some purses but decided not to buy them -- yes, i'm a shopaholic.

I used my "The Firm" workout videos. They are very challenging and great to do. The one I used was a mix between aerobics and weight training. I only made it through the first 30 minutes of the video and was exhausted. My goal is to complet that tape. I worked my way up through the 1st tape (cardio and abs). I'm saving the 3rd one for last -- don't expect to get to that one until I've dropped at least 20 lbs and have boost my metabolism.

I feel good though...

Forgot to do my log...

01/02 -- Light aerobics and toning
01/03 -- New aerobics video (The Firm step aerobics) 35 minutes. Excellent video. Can't wait to stop running out of breath after only 10 minutes. Kept at it though. Tried to do the 10 minute ab crunch video. Lasted all of 2 minutes.
