CAD/CALP differences
Hiya
I've noticed a few posts around that seem to be a little contradictory and wondered if they're from cad/calp differences? For example, I've been told by some to eat a salad prior to my RM, but others don't specify that and I didn't read about it in my CAD book. Also, I just read that a cup of coffee with cream has to be drunk within 15 minutes. I didn't read this in my CAD book and it's the first I've heard of it. Can anyone clarify these for me? And any other points you can think of. Thanks! :D |
Hello
I don't have my CAD and CALP books here with me at work but I do know that CALP has different plans---of which a few include a salad required before RM.....On CAD its not a bad idea to start with a salad as it helps fill you up so you don't binge/gorge your self on all those lovely carbs
I thought the thing on the cream with coffee was in both CAD and CALP...since I have given up the cream in my coffee I am unsure. Zuleika has a sticky in the CAD/CALP section that has a lot of the rules/guidlines and plan outlined... Good Luck...I'm sure someone will come along who has their book right on hand  |
CAD has the rule about coffee with cream on page 118. CAD, plans C and D have the salad before RM, plans A and B don't.
