Howdy...
I've always kept track of my exercise under the MyPlan tool...but never realized I could have a 'log' on this site too for people to look at and comment in/on. I mostly walk daily (treadmill) and do some toning exercises (Callanetics - which I've been slacking on recently, but want to do several times a week.) So, here goes.
