The '10 Weeks Challenge' through the New Year!
 
Hello, everyone! This is a follow-up challenge to the '10 Weeks to September' challenge that took place this summer. This will be a continuing challenge- Every ten weeks we will start over, and look back to see what we have accomplished! Daily support will be offered, and weigh-ins are on whatever day you'd like. Feel free to join in! :)

Nov. 23rd: Thanksgiving Goal: 152 lbs.
Nov. 30th:
Dec. 7th:
Dec. 14th:
Dec. 21st: Christmas Goal: 142 lbs.

Jan. 11th: Goal: 135 lbs... Can I do it?

I will weigh-in tomarrow morning and officially start my 10 week challenge!

Hi!
I'm fairly new here and looking to find buddies that are in the same boat as I am. I'm on Atkins my second time around and only two months post partum. I know the weight will come off slowly but all I care about is that it comes off. When I did Atkins the first time it was in October and I had to get through the holidays, but I did it without a problem because I was SO SO determined and I keep chanting my MANTRA: NOTHING tastes as good as THIN feels. And its' so true. It keeps me going everyday! So here's my goal:


November 9 - 203

I'd like to be 195 by the end of Thanksgiving.

We'll see!

Welcome to the challenge, everyone! I got my starting weight today, which is 153 lbs. I am also doing the Banta diet, so hopefully I wil actually lose this month instead of stalling out again.

Yay! I am down a pound. I hope this means the end of my stall. This Banta diet that I am on may actually work for me. Hehe. :)

ok I am in. I lose really really slowly
I am starting at 173. My goal for thanksgiving will be 171.
I actually would be thrilled with that!

Hey Akasha count me in I will weigh in on Monday so I'll just use my yesterday's weigh in amount. I haven't had a loss in 3 weeks but I am very hyped to get to goal.

I am down yet another pound today. I can't wait to do my weekly weigh-in. It's going to be awesome to see a change in the scale for once! Two pounds in two days. Wahoo!

good for you! Anytime that scale goes down, even if it's just a pound, is a great success. Keep it up girl! Just think, a box of butter w/ 4 sticks in it is a pound. That's a lot of fat!! And a gallon of milk...that's 8 pounds! And you know how hard those things are to carry out of the store!

count me in! great idea akasha, this is just what i need to go through christmas and new year's.
i am setting my goal at 1.5lbs per week so a total of 15lbs over 10 weeks.
my weigh in is on sunday morning. on sun nov 7 i was at 223.5 so that will be my starting point. since we canadians have had our thanksgiving at least i don't have that to worry about:). good luck everyone

I am new to the site and new to Atkins. I would love to join in on this challenge with all of you guys. You all seem to be very motivated :)

I started Atkins today 11/11/04 and want to lose this FAT :help:

I am not really sure how much wieght you can lose on this progam, but I am up for the challenge....... :D Here are my goals.....

Start Date 11/11/04 start weight 149 and I am 5'5"
by November 18
November 25 Hopefully around 144?
December 02
December 09 Hopefully around 140?
December 16
December 23
December 30 Hopefully around 136?
January 04
January 11
January 18
January 25 Hopefully around 130????????

I am really good at supporting others and I would love some help through this too :)

Today being my first day was just OK..... I can't believe how many tings have Carbs in them :wave:
