Diet Rite?

Hey everyone --

Atkins keeps saying to count your carbs when you drink beverages with Sucralose...but it never says how many ounces of Diet Rite would equal "1 carb."

Any ideas?

Thanks

From what I"ve read on this board, diet rite is made with liquid splenda which has 0 carbs. .

Ooh, I just discovered the Diet Rite tangerine flavor when I started induction. It is yummy. Try it if you get a chance.

The carbs should be on the product label. Diet Rite is zero carbs.

I like to add some heavy cream to my diet rite. This is one of my favorite treats of the day. Try it:)

I like the White Grape!

I do the heavy cream in diet rite too ... like a coke float.

I love the White Grape too ... can't find any up here in Colorado. Used to find it everywhere in Texas. Only can find the regular cola here.

I love the cream in it...although it separates eventually. Gotta stir a lot.

Yes, it has NO carbs (unless you add stuff to it). This is how candies that have 0g carbs but are made with splenda go, too. Sweeteners only have carbs in the powder form (it's the fillers).
