has anyone lost with aspartame?

I just can't give up aspartame. I drink flavored water that has aspartame in it and love it so much. Has anyone lost and still consumed aspartame? :confused:

Yeah me! I live in UK, and lost 43LBS to date and always have tea/coffe with artifical sweetner and always drink diet coke, its only now that I have started to cut back on it as the weigh loss is slowing down and I want to loose another 14 LBS.

But I have been on the diet now for 7 months and its only in the last 2 weeks that I have cut back on the sweenter.

So don't give up!

I drink diet pepsi everyday, use splenda when I can, otherwise sweetnlow for my coffee...I've had no problems yet with it!! ;)

YES....

but not alot. a soda every other day or so, and jello once or twice a week. a stick of gum here and there.
