First Day
Well my first day went well. I ate 25.5 g carbs total.
One bad thing happend at 145am. I woke up and ate the last piece of meat pie from my dad.CRUST. I know!!I didnt count that in my daily total. I am going to pretend that didnt happen. Is that ok? I am excited for another day and plan on eating 20g carb only. Thanks for listening. :thup: |
Hello! :wave: I wouldn't worry about the meat pie. New habits take weeks or months to really set in. Give yourself some time. :) It'll all work out!
