Low Carb Powdered Sugar

2 cups low carb sweetener (pourable Splenda NOT packets)
1/4 cup sifted soy flour

In food processor pulse low carb sweetener and soy flour to make powdered low carb sugar.

CARB COUNT IS:

1/2 cup Soy flour - 8 carbs
2 cups pourable Splenda - 4.8 carbs

****Please correct me if the figures are wrong!!****
