Feeling sweaty...

Yeah its been a long hot summer, but for some reason I now sweat so much more than I ever have in my entire life. I'm not sure if its from working out or the amount of water I consume or what.

Just sitting here typing I have worked up a glisten

Any fellow sweaters?

Glowing

Well I haven't noticed the sweat, but I have noticed my general body temp is elevated. When I was on low fat I was always cold, specially my fingers and toes (and it was worse right after I'd eat). Thats disappeared (along with some lbs!! :) ) and my boyfriend has commented that I throw off a lot of heat now. I was thinking it had more to do with a raised metabolism due to ketosis... ?

Thank god I'm not the only one - I keep getting the major hots! Mind you, it has been boiling here in the UK lately! I'm okay sitting here now but as soon as I start to do something it all starts again. It's horrible.

I'm decorating at the moment and I can't stop sweating. Perhaps that's why I've lost so much weight! haha!

The same thing happens to me, especially in the evening. It's been nice and cool here the past several days, but around 8 or 9pm every night I seem to have a major hot flash! Sweating and feeling like it's 100 degrees in here. Then it passes and I'm okay. It must be the ketosis, I've never had this happen before, if anything I was always cold before LC.

sweating

The sweating is common. Think of all the fat cells you are burning!

Yeah, I feel worse in the evening. It's really bad when I go out with the dog before I go to bed. When I come in it's a nightmare. By the time I'm in bed I'm sweating my tits off - literally!!!!! I hate being all yukky!

Still, I'm feeling a bit better about it now knowing that I'm not the only one and if I'm burning fat cells - even better!

LOL Cold showers baby! Or even cool showers would help I imagine. I usually just lay in front of the fan and pant like a dog till it's over, hehe. ;)
