Stopped losing weight

I have stopped losing weight in the last past week....and i find it extremely hard.
I am strictly following the regime.....i don't understand what is going wrong. It looks like i am putting weight on rather than losing it.

Any reasons why this is happening?
I am getting wuite depressed because of it.

Michaela :(

IT happens to a lot of people, don't worry to much about it. You are doing great! Sometime your body takes a break to readjust the the loss. I stayed still for over three weeks! But the scale kicked back in again :D . You might measure yourself, a lot of people find that they lose inches when the scale is not moving.

After you've been on the plan awhile you'll start to see a pattern with your loss -- or to put it better, you'll notice there is no pattern!

People may tell you they lose an average 1 or 2 or 3 pounds a week, but this rarely works out so neatly. It's more like up one, down two, down three, up a half, down one, etc.

The best thing you can do for yourself is simply to trust the plan. If you follow it without cheating it will work. It may not work according to the schedule you might like, but you will lose!

I'm the most impatient person in the world and I hate it when I seem to stand still for a while. But in almost 3.5 months on the plan, I realize this is totally normal. I've had several blocks of a week or two where I don't lose or bounce up and down. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED or start thinking "one little cheat won't matter because I'm not losing anyway". STICK WITH IT!

You'll be so glad you did. Your patience will surely be rewarded.

Good luck!

I lost 30 pounds the first 6 weeks
I lost 8 pounds the second 6 weeks

stay the course
only weigh yourself once a week
same time every week
I weigh myself every Sunday morning after I feed the cat
just my routine
