Up one pound, Pooh!
Waist measurement-no change
Low carbing since 2/26. No weight loss since induction. Too many calories? I'll try to post my fitday but am not too sure how to create the link. How do I do that? Thanks for the help. :( |
opening .jpg files
Also, nothing opens when I click on an attachment file with a .jpg extension. I've tried opening charts etc on the success story board and the same thing happens. Is there something else I should be doing? All I get when I click is a white screen.
Thanks!! |
Hey-
As far as the Fitday thing goes, you have to make it public and then you will get an address to post. I am not sure why you cannot attach anything. Maybe your file is too big? |
Napa Lil,
If you have a pop-up stopper, such as "banner zapper" or "pop-up killer", then opening links might present a problem. You'll have to disable the program when trying to view attachments, or else set your brower to open in the same window (instead of opening the attachment in a new window). |
Was in the same boat.
We started about the same time. I lost 11 lbs during induction but then nothing for 17 days. I've pretty much stayed on induction because I wanted weight to come off much faster than it has. Occasionally I eat more veggies but otherwise haven't added any other food. I've lost 2 pounds this week so maybe your time is coming.

Hi,
I dont think too many calories could be a problem, too few however can cause a stall because of starvation mood. (see my link about the documentary) When you login to fitday, click on HOME and choose the option "make my journal public". The link you'll receive is the one you should post to us. If I can see you fitday I should be able to help. Check out my link about the weight roller-coaster - this is how this WOE works. Good luck! alina |
