Atkins baking mix and induction

I would love to make some pancakes or muffins for breakfast. I have just started my induction phase, can I / should I use this? It isn't on the acceptable food list, but he did mention it, but wasn't very clear on the boundries. I've never been a big"bacon and eggs for breakfast" type, and would like to have something lighter. Maybe it's just the carb cravings.....

Nope.

Induction is just that. Detox time.

You may only have what is on the induction list period. Nothing more. No sugar free jello either I am afraid. Your first two weeks are the hardest, rest is a walk in the park :)

After your two weeks you can start adding foods back in.
