food for life bread and lc tortillas
 

just wanted to check if anyone out there buys the food for life bread and lc tortillas at trader joes? does it stall you? and can we trust the carb counts?

I buy the tortillas (online) and love them! Haven't noticed any stalling. (make quesadillas out of them - :yum: )

I'll second that.. the quesadillas have saved me many a time.. lc tortillas are your friend!

I eat a lot of the La tortilla factory tortilla that are 3 grams net (9 fiber!) They have them at my grocery store (just started carrying them) They are great and have never been a problem, in fact are probably one of the healthiest things I eat that fills me up. Haven;t tried any breads, the tortialls are cheaper and I think more natural. I use them for tacos, wraps for tuna fish and peanutbutter sandwiches!
