UHHHUHHMMMM....Hello

My name is Wendy aka. Phoenix :blush: I was on the Atkins diet around this time last year and I was very succesful. I had to stop because I developed an ulcer. :tears: It took me a while to realize that it wasn't the diet that was making me ill. Anyhoo....here I am now ready to jump back on the LC wagon.
I have to say the secret to my success last time was fitday, ketostix and a supportive forum. I have been lurking around for some time looking for a new place to begin and really liked what I have seen and read in this place. You all seem very supportive and informative. I will be starting induction 2-9-04.....Good luck to all

Hi Wendy! Glad you're back on this WOL. My family is less then supportive about me living the low carb lifestyle, so this forum really is wonderful for motivation. Good to meet you and good luck on your goals!

Whoa....So many replies, thanks guys! I will start my journal right away.

buggblue-I have a husband that loves to feed me...ughh. It would be all well and good if I could live with the weight gain. Fortunately he helps with LC ing also. But I could always use the extra support to help me turn away all those yummy carbs.
