No More Taz!
 

Before I started LCing, my mood would swing before meal-time. My nickname for this time of day was Taz. I would become a very unpleasant person. I've noticed (as have those around me) that I'm no longer biting people's heads off when I'm hungry. Not craving carbs and sugar is a wonderful thing.

I bet its great!!
I too have noticed so many changes from this woe, and the fact that I dont retain water as much as I used to is great, but as soon as I overdoo it on the carbs ie chocolate and naughty stuff I puff up like a balloon!!

Welcome to the world of "happy folk" .
I don't yell at my kids anymore. ( okay once in a blue moon i do)
