Atkins Accel Questions
 

Hello,

I started Atkins about 11 days ago. I am not taking any vitamins.
Has anybody used the Atkins Accel suplement?

Looking for opinons, is it worth it, etc...

No I haven´t tried it but I just sent out for it.
As soon as I start using it, I'll let you know.

I have been using Atkins Accel since my second month on Atkins. I think it helps, but I have been afraid (greedy) to stop really taking it and test whether or not it really works. I was out of town last weekend and I didn't take any while I was gone, I didn't exercise either. I didn't lose any weight while I was gone, but didn't gain any either. Back home, stabilized my meals, starting taking Accel and exercising again and losing again.
