BFL starting over!! Damn, why did i stop?
 

Wondering why did i stop the first plan? How about our newborn, littler tyler. anyway, plan to attach some new pics of before shots. watch out for them. Just a warning..... They will be here soon... :(

Congratulations on the arrival of Tyler; I remember those "newborn-days."

I always thought I would post a BOLD & COLORFUL warning when I posted my before pics but I never even had the nerve so...Kudos to you and enjoy BFL.

I am starting up again on Jan 3rd. We have company in until then. My wife and I are going to do it together. At least the Atkins part of it. She really likes her aerobics, and me, more weights and treadmill cardio. Baby boy is crying. gotta go..

It will be nice to do BFL with your wife. My husband started doing BFL with me but had a neck injury around Week #3...He is still trying to get back into it.
