There's so many different subjects to my question, i figured it best to post it here where it is more "general".

Protein Revolution Bars in Ottawa : Does anyone know where in Ottawa is a good place to buy Protein Revolution low-carb bars for a "better" price than $3.99 at Granny's Kitchin in Kanata?

Protein bar recommendations? : I got one of those Protein Revolution bars in chocolate hazelnut toffee crunch & I thought it tasted pretty good. Can't stand the Atkins bars... eww! (where is the vomiting emoticon when you need it? lol) Can anyone recommend another good tasting brand or flavour low-carb bar to try?


Pre-exercise munch? : Yoga must be done on an empty stomach, but I recently discovered that i THINK it helps to eat something small to keep me going... I thought i'd try 1/4 protein bar for a little boost. 1/2 a small banana seems to be good too. Does anyone have any other better recommendations?
