wheat protein isolate

I've recently been trying to limit the amount of soy in my diet. I purchased some wheat protein isolate but am having trouble using it. I attempted several recipes on the website where I purchased it, however most weren't very good. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

its great in flax-o-meal or hot cereal......

u can make mouse by lots of powder, little water, some cream, syrup, and refridgerating for a couple of hours....

trustycat, I think you may mean whey protein isolate. :)

I've tested out wheat protein isolate in some of my baking recipes and my honest opinion is blech! It also gave me an allergic reaction.

So maybe, it's just not a good thing!
