A simple List?
 

Is there a list out there anywhere of the simple do's and don'ts to the Atkins diet?
I find myself thinking of something and being too lazy to search through the book to find it out.
I was thinking along the lines of foods that are allowed, vegies that are o.k. etc.

That's a good list, but there's no substitute for the book, whatever plan you're on. Dazy, the rules for Atkins induction are altogether -- no leafing through the book to find things. There's a list of rules, and then the allowed foods.

(And don't forget to read the rest of the book for what to do after induction!)

I agree with Alto, buy the book. Think of it as an investment in yourself. My thoughts are that it is required reading for everyone doing Atkin's WOL. I'm am on week 7 and I consult DANDR almost every day. We're only talking $8.

Just a note: I just started Atkins with a friend two days before I bought the book and followed the allowed induction foods listing on the Atkins site until I understood why.
