Hi everyone in low-carb land.

It took me awhile till I figured out how to log on. The site kept rejecting me. I have been on The Aitkin's diet since March 27/03. So far I have lost 17 lbs. I live in Winnipeg, so if anyone knows where I can get any Aitkin's products here please let me know. I tried the bars but I didn't do well with them, :wave: they made me gain.

Those bars make me gain too. :( Ah well, I still have one here an then, but then I know in advance what the consequences are. :(
