What if I dont get hungry in between my meals. Do I still need to snack? The water keeps me full in between my meals so I dont feel like eating a snack.

I only snack when needed. For me, I need something mid-afternoon or I get real strange about an hour before dinner, so it helps me to retain control. :cool:

I would just eat when you are hungry. :)

You need to eat 10 - 12x your current weight in calories - if you do that without snacking and your not hungry, don't snack, but the more frequently you eat, the faster your metobolism is and the faster you burn fat.
