Where do you find the lbs lost banners for your signatures??
 

I can find the blue banner with the lbs lost and the cheat free one too...I was wondering how you found them? Or did someone here create them? I would like to find, or be able to make my own. You know, personalize it a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Any banner that you find and want.. just righ click it, pull up properties, and copy the address. Then add it into your signature line with the img tags.

The weight loss banner and cheat free banner in my sig requires updates by going into your profile and signature and changing the numbers located at the end of the http to those that reflect your weightloss/cheat free days.
