Question about NEW PRODUCTS/on Induction?!?!
There have been so many new products on the market lately along with more coming in the future...........how can we determine if they are good enough for induction??
DANDR state only to eat those things mentioned in the book for induction, but I am beginning to think we can add other things that have been coming on the market?!?! Am I right? Thanks! Heidi |
You might want to list what these products are. Then we can discuss them.
According to your stats you are at goal weight-I am confused about why you are still on induction. |
I am not on induction...........but my hubby is thinking of starting tomorrow, so I want to be able to send him off to work with plenty for him to have during the day so that he doesn't head toward the machines (he has a frig in his office!!)

I am thinking of the La Tortillas, and Carbwise bars in particular.
Thanks! Heidi |
oh! OK-
The bars can stall some people and others don't have a problem with them. I haven't heard anything about the tortillas-but they seem to be really popular. Since induction is only for a couple of weeks-I would probably try and skip the bars. Just in case. |
I ate the bars in induction and still lost weight, but I have started to limit my intake just so I don't always rely on them.

According to the Rules of Induction:
Quote:
Low-carb protein bars (not the chocolate candy bars) are permitted on Induction as a "convenience food" for occasional consumption. Acceptable Foods for Induction hth, Doreen |
