Am I expecting too much

I started LC a week ago so am still in the induction phase.

I have stuck to it like glue, no processed food all meats have been natural etc

But I haven't lost any weight at all

Am I doing something wrong

Breakfast each day is

Bacon, Mushrooms, eggs

lunch is lettuce and a few pieces of cucumber, and either smoked sauage
or
steak and broccoli
or chicken
all with cheese

Tea has been either

Chicken
steak
100 meat cheese burgers(no buns obviously) and so forth

I have been having salad and drinking loads of water.

had one serving of sugar free jelly and double cream too.

any suggestions

Thanks in advance

Stick with it for a bit longer. For myself, whenever I diet (lf or lc), it takes me 2-3 weeks to see the lbs going down. Maybe it's that way for you too. If you're really anxious, check your calorie intake. How many calories are you eating a day? When I first did lc'ing, I basically ate very few calories (due to lack of hunger), did a TON of exercising (spent like 2 hrs at gym every day), and the scale didn't even move at end of week. It took me 2 weeks to see the scale going down.

I suggest doing a clean induction, that means no sugar free jello or double cream.

And watch that sausage and bacon, lots of sodium in there.

Also, if you are drinking diet soda, the citric acid could stall your weight loss. That was an issue for me.

I had a similar experience - I thought I was in Induction, but I wasn't losing.

I posted here and got AWESOME advice. I did everything that was recommended, and I have lost 6 lbs in 8 days!

You might want to check out that thread - it really helped me!
