Good morning and hello!

I like this positive and supportive thread! I just turned 40 two weeks ago, married with a 10 yo DS. I own my own business and I'm taking college courses on the internet. Started back LCing 9 days ago. So far it has been absolutely wonderful--in addition to doing Atkins Induction, I've cut out Diet Coke (gives me hunger and mood swings just like sugar) and I'm sticking "to the book." I'm feeling wonderful and looking younger (yay!) My DH started back on Induction yesterday, but he tends not to follow it very strictly. Last time I tried to do it the way he does it (diet bars are a staple for him, and he guzzles Diet Coke all day with no bad effect) and I found I had difficulty getting into ketosis and staying there. Not this time!

Hope all is well, and I hope things go better today for the lady who had a tough day yesterday...
