Totally screwed up!

Hi guys and gals! I guess it might be a little obvious that I haven't been on the board lately. That's because I cratered! I totally screwed up and "fell off the wagon" the last few weeks. Luckily, I haven't gained any back yet! I'm sure that's only due to the fact that I'm still drinking my water like crazy. I've been trying to jump back on the wagon, but can't seem to do it.

I don't understand why? I'm constantly hungry and can't seem to stay away from the carbs. I was doing to good - someone please help me!!!!

I DO NOT want to gain all that weight back!!!!

Been there!

Hi,
I've been there! myself. Try to only make a 3 day commitment. Thats about how long it will take to loose the cravings. Also what ever diet you on read the book AGAIN! It will help motivate you back where you want to be. Also clear out the temptations...pre bake allot of chicken to snack on, and remind yourself everytime you think about giving in that if you do it will take you 3 more days to get back on track. I'll tell you something else...in the beginning I was taking matabolife to make it through the 3 day/14 day diet on atkins...after that...I didn't need it.
Where in Texas do you live? I'm in Waller, 30 mins from Houston.

Lorraine

steff, i've been through this myself. i have just recently got myself back under control, after many false starts. like lorraine says, really stock up on lowcarb food. when those cravings hit, eat something legal. cream cheese on a celery stick. chicken dipped in mayo or dressing. something nice and rich really helps get you over the cravings. but you have to keep trying. if you fall off the wagon, jump right back on! i started induction so many times in a row, it was laughable! i know you can do this and you know it too!:D

Rainny,

I'm in Midland. Thanks for all the great ideas gals! My final divorce hearing is at the end of June, so my goal is to be a little lighter and firmer by that date.
