No Booze Drinking For One Month Challenge!
 

Ok here is the deal, I have a few friends who have been stalled thanks to their weekend, sometimes all week drinking.

So I thought I'd start this challenge to help them out and get that scale moving again.

Here is what you have to do,

You can not drink any type of alchoholic drink for one month. NOT ONE! Not even a sip. :lol:

You have to come into this thread and post how many days you've gone without drinking.

For example:

This starts tomorrow ok to give you all time:

5/07/04: None
5/08/04: ONE
5/09/04: None
5/10/04: TWO

Get the idea, you log in how many you had or didn't have.

If you do have a drink, you must be punished. :lol:

You will have to do 40 situps or pushups for every drink you've had and you must log that in too.

yay!! im totally in!! hahahahaaa ive been starting to party way too much recently so i think i can take a month off no problem!! and if it IS a problem then maybe i have a problem right? hahahahaaaa....nahhhhhhhh.....but seriously i want the scale to get movin so i need to lay off the drinks for a little while!!

Sorry kids. Can't do.
I'm off for a week at a all-inclusive resort where the booze flows like water and the water tastes like wine.
And, of course, the wine tastes like wine.
But maybe when I get back and recover from my titanic-sized hangover.......
