This stinks...

:rolleyes: I have been looking forward to starting yesterday and I did, but I also got Larigitus and my throat is swollen.

I have been good, but it just stinks. I don't know what symptoms are Atkins and what are me being sick...

Sorry to hear you are sick. I guess the only bright side is if you are going to be miserable for a few days they might as well happen at the same time. Otherwise you'd be miserable for twice as long. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I hope you feel better soon! Herb tea is good for a sore throat and it is permitted in induction.
