Purple Stick
 

Well....I bought keto stix on thursday and tested, it was pinkish purple, but not very dark....Yesterday I tested again, and it was a similiar color......

Today, I tested and dark purple! The ones I have only have 3 colors, peach for none detected, and pink and purple for detected....

As per the scale, nothing big, definitly down at least 5 lbs from when I started, but other than that nothing seems different.
I am assuming this purplle stick is a good thing right? yesterday was 2 weeks exactly :D

Well, just wanted to inquire about this whole ketosis thing and tell ya the news!

Hey Toe that sounds brilliant to me!
Not sure if we have the same strips but mine has 6 colors to pick from and just today i am on the pink the one that says trace and I did back flips over that this morning!! :D
I tried these strips last November and only stayed in the pink for a little. Sounds to me you are burning fat and thats a goodie!!!

Actually Pink is the best for the ketosis stick!! Purple may mean you are not drinking enough water!!! And are getting dehydrated!

I believe if you travel around you will find a few threads that talk about ketosis sticks.
