Welcome to the board! You're sure to find lots of information and tons of support here. Staying informed and motivated by visiting this board is the smart thing to do - so many people here have already done that.

I would recommend starting a journal and then others can communicate back and forth with you easier. It's really helpful and let others check in on you and see how you are doing. It's a great way to track you low carb journey, too.
