are in Malibu rum? I have been looking and looking and can't find it?

I don't think there are any carbs in it - just alcohol. The body burns alcohol before fat so that's why it stalls weight loss.

If I'm wrong, someone correct me!

it is coconut flavored rum, and is awesome, but I am afraid it will have tons of carb because it is sweet :( It is a drink type of day :(

I feel I have lost someone I love dearly. Feelings are no longer there for the otherside, and I am having a Lupus flare up. Feeling unloved :( I am not a drinker at all, but today is a drink type of day :(

Oh glo, that is sad, but try and remember that what's to be will be and time will heal all wounds I know that sounds really glib but it's so true. Hang in there, enjoy your drink and just know that you have friends here on the forum whether they be just around the corner or 1000's of miles away, I know that that is not quite the same but we're still here
