Well, the nutritional information on tilapia is a bit inconsistent across several sites. For a 100 gram/3.5 oz. serving, the calories seem to range from 82 to over 96.

This seafood store says that tilapia has "93 calories in a 3-1/2 oz. portion and 1.1 grams of fat." That would give it about 20.7g protein. They list some counts for other fish and seafood as well.

The University of FL says that "Approximately four ounces [roughly 115g] of raw edible portion yields 110 calories, 2.5 g total fat, .5 g cholesterol, 55 mg sodium.~ It also contains 1 g total carbohydrate, 21 g Protein, Vitamin A-2% *DV, Calcium-6% DV and Iron- 2% DV."

I'm not sure where that 1g of carbs is coming from, though!

This seafood company gives the following info:

NUTRITION
(per 100 grams) - 3.5 oz.
FLAVOR: Mild
TEXTURE: Delicate/medium
CALORIES: 82
PROTEIN: 19 grams
FAT: .9 grams
CHOLESTEROL: 50 milligrams
OMEGA-3: .14
SODIUM: 34 milligrams

The different values may reflect whether the fish is wild caught or farmed??? In Africa/Asia, it's native ... here in North America, it's farmed.

just a thought

Thanks everyone! .... that 1g carb is weird for fish. I didnt add it but I might still count something for it in my head. Weird though since its a finfish and not shellfish and 1g is still kinda high.
