Okay, not quite. :lol: Actually that's my goal.
Goals: 10 pullups 100 pushups 50 hindu pushups (similar to dive bomber) 100 hindu squats 3 min bridge (wrestler's) Hold a handstand I've been kind of slack the last few weeks as far as my resistance training, but I have been playing basketball 1-2 times per week. I started up again last night, so here goes the journal to keep me honest. 8/9/2006 35 pushups 15 hindu pushups Farmer Burns Ab Flattener (deep breathing stomach excercise) Ab Vacuum 3 pilates movements 8/10/2006 5:30 AM BBall 25 Hindu squats 20 lunges Ab work |
Good grief. I can't believe I haven't worked out for over a month. Oddly enough, it hasn't seemed that long. Starting tonight, time to work out and time to continue posting the workouts here.
