Low Carb moms with kids new to low carbs within the last 3 weeks
 

Hi there moms!!! I am new to low carbing and i know that it can be really hard at time when you have kids. I was hoping that we could use this message board and be a support to one another by giving each other recipies ideas encouragement in not just our eating habits but in our life as well because I feel that weight loss is not just effected by what you eat but by your whole way of life. You all may think this is silly but I really feel that we could help each other. If interested enter your first name how many kids you have and how much weiht you have to loose, and we will go from there.
