My Week 1 Weigh In
 

I know everyone doesn't read my journal and I wanted to keep my friends up to date on our progress during the first week

The official totals are:

327.1 lbs

So, the official loss for the first week is

12.6 lbs

My wife now weighs

423.5

So, the total lost is

10.5 pounds

This WOE and WOL are so great! I have eaten better and enjoyed eating more this past week than I have in a long time. And, the entire week all I could think was there is no way this can work with how well I have eaten. Boy, was I wrong

I feel this way after many meals, but then I step on the scale and to my surprise it works! GO Figure. Keep up the good work! :thup:

My thought also!!! Some weeks I don't lose, but eventually it happens, and I can't believe I'm never hungry, don't have heartburn BIGTIME and have all this energy.
