Ash Wednesday - What's for dinner?
 

I really enjoyed this thread a while ago and tried some of the recipes, so here it is again for those doing without meat today.
(this is tough for us as we usually 'fast' by going down to the harbor and getting clam rolls!)

I think we'll try the Deep Dish Pizza quiche smothered with vegetables.

A big chunk 'o' fresh tuna, with green beans, cherry tomatoes and a chopped egg, anchovy and parsley vinaigrette. :yum:
