Starting Over Again

Hello again. I am starting all over again on Atkins. I tried it for a while before the holiday and did great lost 10lbs. but then had brain fart and forgot the diet and ate what ever i wanted to.
So here i am again Starting over. I am like the Start Over Queen.
But i guess as long as i make the effort i am not a total waste.

Anyone else starting over??
Any good tips or tricks you all have learned along the way that helps you stay on task??
And what is eveyrone eating? What are some of the favorite things you like to eat while on atkins??

Thanks a bunch for you help!!

Conceptualize

Do not this of this as a "diet", to lose weight. Think of it as a lifestyle that you need to live in order to be healthy and happy. If you focus on that, and do not become impatient when the pounds do not melt off overnight, you can train yourself to eat properly and control your food habits.

It isn't really easy at first, because of our past habits and cravings. It takes a while to do. So just get on it, work your way through it, and forget about ice cream, white bread, cakes and pies and potatoes. If you really want to be slender, you can live without all that stuff. And remember.. patience!

Good Luck:)

I'm sorry, I must disagree with you. I am the undisputed start over queen.

I first tried Atkins 5 years ago and I can't tell you how manytimes I've hopped on and off this wagon.

For me the key thing is just sticking with it. If you fall off, get right back on and keep going. It gets easier every time.
