I decided to start up a separate journal to track my exercise. It's been really sporadic and I'd like to get into a regular pattern and stop making excuses. Easier said than done sometimes, but there's always a 1/2 hour after the kids are in bed for me to hop on the treadmill or workout on my BowFlex Xtreme.

Hill Interval 20 minutes 1.08 miles* 115 calories *This was after I did close to a mile on the treadmill. I was going hard and feeling good and then the breaker blew. Too much stuff going on upstairs and down I guess. So I'm not sure exactly how far I went, how many calories I burned or the time. In any event, I will have to say that this was a very good workout combined! |
