Hello,

can someone from the USA please tell us in the rest of the world what precisely is Half and Half , also what is so special about
"Splenda" . These are brand products that are not available in the UK .

I would like to make some recipes but am put off when I see ingredients that I know I can't get over here .

Half and Half is actually a cream - 1/2 cream and 1/2 milk.

Splenda is "sucralose" an atrifical sweetener that supposedly does not have the same side effects as nutrasweet (equal is one of the brand names)
