General supplement info question
Hi everybody...
I'm working on getting back into exercising (making a Plan :D ), and hopefully get commited to BFL starting Feb. 1. I have a general question suitable for the General Exercise forum. To wit, does anyone know of a good source (online or off) for general supplementation information? I will start strictly with a low carb protein powder/MRP and L-Glutamine, and don't want to get sucked into the latest-greatest best-new-thing gotta have it mindset. I also wonder if a lot of the esoteric supplements are only useful for the last 5% of performance... I'm looking for quality information about: reviews, comparisons, dosages, times, etc... Surfing the web is great, but you never know if the info is reliable... Is the Supplement Review (?) by Bill Phillips (?) a good source of info? Thanks in advance for any ideas, Brett. |
Brett, I use this site a lot www.supplementwatch.com (if you click on a-z you can browse for something or you can use "search" to look for a specific product)
Best of luck with your planning and goals :) Nat |
Thanks Nat!
That was just what I was looking for.
Planning (or lack of it) has been my downfall in the past, so I'm paying special attention to it from now on. Brett. |
