If its the kind with spuds in it,I would check the carb count. The corned beef might be ok without sugar..

Welcome to the low carb way of eating (WOE)--It is best to refer to vegetables allowed on induction in the book. Corned beef may be cured with sugar- if so - you need to avoid meats cured with sugar such as ham etc. Potatoes are a no-no. It acts in the body like pure sugar. See a potatoe--visualize a lump of sugar the same size!! Good luck to you. Alice

Nope.

My substitute is corned beef fried, then scramble a couple of eggs into it.

There's a recipe for corned beef hash at www.atkins.com. I believe they substitute turnips for the potatoes. I doubt it tastes as good.
