Effortless Weight-loss CAD/CALP Wisdom

Let's see if we can share notes, quotes and good knowledge + our own experience from the CAD/CALP books and from our own lives.

Here is a quote from the Dr Heller's & Dr Heller's website:

"Once you change how often you eat carbs,
you will find the intense cravings, carb compulsion,
and easy weight gain...melt away.
You’ll see that you are not to blame for your eating and weight struggles
and that your will power is just as strong as that of any
naturally thin person ... maybe stronger."

Impossibly demanding and rigid diets

"after a while most other programs can become impossibly demanding and rigid"

"Do not eat if you are not hungry" p. 156
... But don't skip the RM, we can postpone it and it later or eating a smaller meal. (More of that p. 157)

Has anyone of you followed the Chromium CTG rek in CALP?
Any results. Would love to hear.

Chromium GTF Works

Correction. It should say "Chromium GTF" last post.

Been taking Chromium GTF can't recall if I tried it before or not
but this time it really works. I feel even better than before. Didn't think it was possible. I must have been deficient. My blood-sugar has calmed down even more. Will need to fine-tune the intake of both the Chromium GTF

Looking forward to see more of the benefits.

Now I understand why it is the first thing the Hellers recommends us to apply on CALP.

"Do not mix and match diets. Don't apply rules from other w-loss diets and use them with the Carbohydrate Addict's diet."
