Hot dog question....
 

Hi there! I am on day 2 of induction. I had previously been doing CALP, but I had let my Reward Meals (the meal where you have carbs) get out of control.

Now I want to give Atkins a whirl.

I noticed that some of you mention grabbing a quick hot dog once in a while; I assume these would be all beef dogs? Also, I looked at alot of hot dog packages last night: wide range of carbs, plus they all seem to have corn syrup in them!

What's up with that? What are those of you who have a occasional hot dog eating?

Nathan's Hot dogs and Hebrew National knockwurst (larger) each have only 1 carb per dog.
