Losing pounds, no inches?

[SIZE=7][COLOR=SeaGreen][FONT=Tahoma] Newbie here! The scale says I'm loosing pounds, but the pants are not getting any looser, neither are the shoes, shirts and bras. Did the Ketostix, dark purple, very "good girl" on the diet, it's so easy NOT to cheat. I'm in week 4 and still keeping it at under 10 grams most days. Any ideas or encouragement??? And before you ask, no I didn't take measurements, I wanted to feel better in my clothes and maybe fit into some of my small ones.......

Wow Sandy...losing 6 pounds is great! I bet it starts showing in you clothes soon. There is really no need to keep your carbs at 10. Even in induction you are allowed 20 and you really need the carbs you get from the allowed veggies, salads, etc. Some people even find that if they go too low on carbs they quit losing. Congratulations on your success and just hang in there. You will see a difference soon! If the pounds are coming off its gonna show!

Good job on the loss girl! What I have found is that one goes before the other  usually. I have been stuck at my weight for about two weeks now, but have found that my clothes are getting looser. Previous to this, the weight came off, but the clothes felt the same. Your body just takes time to catch up with itself, don't worry. You'll see and feel the difference soon. Just hang in there!

:) I'm so glad you brought this subject up. I keep reading the threads where people have been saying how loose their clothes were & how many inches they've lost but I'm not seeing it either! It is frustrating, especially when the lbs go down so slowly.
I know it's a WOE and not to expect fast loss but.........I am human, after all and want to see results too! I plan to hang in there....you too, girl!

Wow, you guys who replied don't know what you just did for me. Your encouragement means a lot, I wish I would have found this forum sooner. Of course I'm going to stick with it. I want a new WOL and feel I can achieve it, expecially now with my new support system!
