Help with making brownies and fudge
 
Looking for really simple and easy recipes for making brownies and fudge. Preferably with simple ingredients that are easy to find in a regular grocery store, if possible.
It does not have to make a lot, just enough to get me through these awful TOM cravings..

I have made 2 low carb brownie mixes and tried one bite of each, and all the rest went in the trash. YUCK!


Any help is appreciated.

It's not brownies, but a quickie chocolate cake (3 minutes!) that everyone seems to love.

Well, I don't have a low carb brownie recipe (yet) and a good lc fudge could get pretty complicated (sugar alcohols). I have been part of a discussion involving lc ganache, which, when refrigerated, is very similar to fudge (a slightly softer creamier fudge). I make a very small amount of it and takes care of my chocolate cravings for weeks.
