Keto breath? New discovery!
Okay we all know sometimes we get those days when Keto breath strikes.
Well today I discovered something. Instead of knocking people over with Keto breath.....eat a strong raw green onion! Oyvay! Can you say onion breath? I had one today for lunch in my salad....I bet NO ONE will complain about keto breath today. HA no one will get close enough! Wow where are my breath mints :lol: |

How about a LOT of garlic in your Caesar salad dressing? Then you can get them for two days. Sardines for lunch. Contributions invited. :wave: |

Kinda sad
I almost feel left out, because although I've been on Atkins for 5 weeks and have lost about 9 pounds, I have not noticed my breath changing at all. Granted, my boyfriend is hundreds of miles away, so I can't ask him. :D probably if I go back into induction I'd start smelling it, but I don't even know what it's supposed to smell like!
