I hope that I am posting this correctly! I am somewhat new to the low carb diets. I did the Atkins a few years ago, and had great success. I lost 83 lbs over the first year. Then I decided that I needed a break. I would dally with low carb meals every so often, but usually not longer than a week. Well, here I am, 15-20lbs heavier than when I last quit the diet, and looking for some support and friendship. My work, in the hospital, leads towards a very negative view of all low carb diets. It seems that everyone is skeptical! If anyone has any suggestions for family friendly induction recipes, I would greatly appreciate it! I hope that everyone else is enjoying great success and enjoying the life style change! :o |
