Any info on Ultimate Low Carb Bars
 

Had one for breakfast. Does anyone know how they sweeten these? No sign of Maritol!

2 g of carb
<1 g dietary fiber
1 g sugar
22 g protien

Any idea of this one is a classic 'legal' food but stall inducer?

I suspect it will contain some form of sugar alcohol. What is the list of ingredients?

And try popping the info above into the "Hidden Carbs Inspector" at the right. That will tell you if there are any hidden carbs.

Sugar alcohols aren't "stall inducers" for averyone. The only way to know whether or not you'll be affected is to try for yourself.
