15 lbs in 3 weeks! :)
I am very happy to report I'm on a steady 5 lb per week pace and I am sure I could keep it up if only I weren't going to Vietnam tomorrow for a month to be married. I'm sure I'll fall of Atkins, but will get on it immediately when I get back. Virtually everything in Vietnam has sugar in sauces, etc. Not to mention the cultural pressure from my inlaws to eat and drink.
I may gain at least some of this weight back before I get home, but assuming I can afford to stay on the plan when I get back (my job ended and I'll have to look for work) I'll get right back on the plan ASAP. Thanks for all your help. I'd never have been such a loser without your support. I just measured and I think I'm down 3 inches in the waist which would explain why I've run out of belt knotches. I'll see you kids when I get back. Your Pal, Paul |
Hi Paul,
Congratulations on your wedding. I hope you have a marvellous time. I sometimes get sent to eastern europe for a month and I have to go off plan too. You can survive this if you go onto induction as soon as you get back. Have a safe trip and a wonderful married life. |
Wow 15 pounds is fantastic! Congratulations on your loss!
